兩岸互聯網論壇╱陳德人：不同階段需求的數位教育應整合

〔記者甘偉中╱台北報導〕「經濟只能夠保證我們的今天，科技可以保證我們的明天，而只有教育能夠保證我們的後天。」浙江大學電子服務研究中心主任陳德人，引用這段話來凸顯教育的重要性。第4屆兩岸互聯網發展論壇16日在台大醫院國際會議中心展開，數位教育議題為本屆重點之一，陳德人就大陸數位教育現況做介紹並提出觀點，提供兩岸數位教育產業界參考。
