兩岸互聯網論壇╱行動加值服務門檻高　創新獨特是關鍵

〔記者甘偉中╱台北報導〕自從智慧型手機問市之後，行動加值服務市場面臨巨大的轉變，雖然幾乎人人手持智慧型手機，使用各種不同的App，貌似行動加值業者的春天已然到來，其實並不見得是如此。16日在台北舉辦的兩岸互聯網發展論壇中，就論及近幾年行動加值市場的變化，並對有心進入此市場的創業者們提出建言。
