英國法官：GALAXY Tab「不夠酷」　不算侵權iPad

〔記者湯蕙如╱綜合報導〕蘋果與三星在全球為了專利官司打得如火如荼，但英國卻有一個高等法官因為「不夠酷」的理由，判定 GALAXY Tab 沒有侵犯 iPad 外觀。對此，三星認為蘋果不該執著通用性設計的官司，蘋果則認為這個判決根本沒解決，並重申不能允許明目張膽的抄襲。
