大陸8作家訴蘋果公司侵權　索賠5000萬

〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕大陸二中院開庭審理李承鵬、慕容雪村等8位作家訴蘋果公司涉嫌侵權案，截至至下午5時30分，只李承鵬一案審理完畢。據悉，8名作家涉案作品達34部，索賠金額共計1000餘萬元人民幣。對此，蘋果公司辯稱，不是App Store經營者，並以涉及商業秘密為由，請求不公開審理，但被法院駁回。
