〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕為了給所有開放網路技術提供『權威資源』（『definitive resource』 ），解決優質資源離散和技術開發分化等問題，蘋果、Google、Facebook、Adobe、惠普、微軟、Mozilla、諾基亞和Opera等多家大公司共同加入了萬維網聯盟W3C，共同推出了一個多人協作式的內容發布網站Web Platform。
