優酷土豆正式結婚了！　成大陸影片網站巨人

〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕優酷土豆合併方案獲在香港召開的雙方股東大會高票批准通過，優酷土豆集團公司宣告正式誕生。合併後的優酷土豆集團，將保留優酷、土豆網兩個品牌。此前，紐約時間2012年7月17日，優酷向美國證監會(SEC)提交的關於Form F-4的登記說明開始生效，SEC已批准了優酷土豆的合併協定。
